Wholesale after-sales rules
1. Replacement processing of the damaged fault table
If there is no feedback of damage and failure within 7 days after the express receipt, the default products are all good.
If there are more than 10 problem lists within 2 months of the order, contact customer service for replacement, and the round-trip postage will be borne by our (seller);
If it has not accumulated 10, the purchaser shall be responsible for the exchange postage; if the order exceeds 2 months, no exchange will be processed.
In order to allow customers to get more price-competitive products with low value and small profit, the shipping cost may be higher than the value of the product itself when the number of watches is small, please understand.
2. Replacement processing of non-faulty tables
When the product is not quality problem (including minor defects), if it needs to be exchanged, the same style or other styles of the same style or other styles will be replaced according to the following discounts:
The order is calculated based on the original price of the goods within 1 month, and the postage of the exchange is borne by the buyer;
The order is calculated at 20% off the value of the goods within 2 months, and the postage of the exchange is borne by the buyer;
The order is calculated at a 30% discount on the value of the goods within 3 months, and the postage for the replacement is borne by the buyer.
Orders over 3 months will not be processed after sale.
When the exchange quantity exceeds 500 or the exchange quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sale style is a clearance style, no return and exchange processing will be performed.
About mixed batch
Orders are scattered, one or two of one type, many styles and a small quantity of orders. Because the styles ordered are too scattered, it takes a lot of time to find the goods. Therefore, if there are out of stock colors, the quantity of the same style will be increased or issued.Other colors of the same paragraph will be shipped instead, and the total number of orders will be shipped. Please be aware.
About delivery
