· How can I track my order?
If you want to check the delivery status of your order, you can find your tracking information by visiting the Order page: My account - My orders.
If you have any other questions about the status of your order, you can contact our Customer Service team by submitting your purchased order code number to our Customer Service or Call Us: (+ 855) 23 882 545.
· What do I do if my item(s) was shipped to the wrong address?
You are able to change the shipping address as soon as you realize that it was shipped to the wrong address, Our Customer Service team will deal with your items and deliver to your correct shipping address. We recommend you to contact our team by submitting the tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
· When will I receive my products?
Your shipping time depends on your product origin.
o For pre-order item typically takes 20 business days. Shipping times may vary based on type of products and supplier destination. We will inform you by email once your order is shipped out and your order status will be updated to "Shipped".
o For local products, it normally takes 1-2 business days to deliver to your shipping address.
o Your products are securely packed and shipped to your destination under a strict QC inspection processes. Phzar strives to offer you the lowest possible shipping fee. Most of the items sold on Phzar are sourced from overseas and covered by Phzar Free Shipping Policy. Items under these shipping options typically take 20 working days. For those items which are not covered by Free Shipping Service, Regular International Shipping Fee (Land Freight) will be charged and calculated through following standard:
§ Small Package: $1/Kg
§ Big Package: $2.5/Package (Standard Size: 20*20*30cm)
· Why does the tracking information show that the item has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?
Your package might be delivered to your shipping address and signed by your family member or friends. We suggest you to check with your family member first. If you cannot find it please check your provided shipping information especially your contact number. If you still have any trouble about it, please do not hesitate to contact Phzar Customer Service Center at: (+855)23 882 545.
· Can Phzar deliver to remote areas?
Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the product to you.
In some cases when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers, we will contact you to discuss the issue and we might apply a nominal “remote area charge”.
· How can I know the exact date and time of the delivery?
We apologize that we are unable to give you an exact date and time of the delivery.
The delivery time of your order(s) depends on the seller(s) you order from:
o If you have ordered from local sellers, you can expect to receive your orders within 2 business days after you have received our notification email.
o If you have ordered form oversea sellers, you can expect to receive your orders within 20 business days after you have received our notification email.
o For the most accurate time of your delivery item(s), please refer to its respective product page under the delivery option, before placing your order.
· What payment methods does Phzar accept?
We currently accept payments through the following methods:
o Visa, MasterCard
o Bank Transfer
o Wing Transfer
*Note: All payments are made in U.S. dollars, except Alipay users will be paid in RMB.
· Does Phzar charge for customs, taxes, VAT, or any other extra fees?
Phzar covers all charges related: purchase price and shipping rate, customs, taxes, VAT, currency conversion rates, or any other fees, and doesn't charge any extra fee. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of all applicable local taxes and duties for delivery to Cambodia. We reserve the right to update product prices on the website without notice.
· How do I return an ordered product(s)?
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your item(s) purchased on our platform. In case you want your item(s) returned, please Apply for return via: My account-My orders-Refund/Return then tell us your order code number and the reason for the return. You can return any unwanted products within 3 days provided and make sure that they are in good condition and not influent second sale. If our vendor sent you the wrong products, you need to tell us what exactly the fault is and we will exchange the item for you, if the item is no longer available we will refund to your account. When you return an item please remember to ask the delivery agent for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or your refund.
· Does Phzar cover return shipping costs?
Please note that we don't cover return shipping costs. If it’s pre-order product, your total shipping fee (Local and International shipping fee) is your responsibility.
· Can I exchange a pre-order item(s)?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer item exchanges for pre-order items. We may be able to help replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction.
For local item(s), you can send back the item(s) to seller address and apply for exchange the item by writing down the specific information of the item you want to exchange on return page.
