About Camazoon


  • What type of products does Camazoon supply?

    • Camazoon supply all types of product that you need directly from overseas manufacturers. All you need to do is to tell us what products you want and the quantity of them. You can also send the photos of the products to our team, we will issue back to you the quotation of the price. The prices include all domestic and international shipping costs and will be delivered to your home in case you have an address in Phnom Penh.


  • Where does Camazoon ship products from?

    • Currently, Camazoon only supplies products from China. The duration of shipping and delivery time is 20 days from the date of order.


  • Are all Camazoon products original?

    • Camazoon supplies goods from valid distributor factories. We do not supply inferior or counterfeit goods. 


  • Does Camazoon have any special shipping options?

    • In case you are in a hurry of receiving your products, we can ship your products with air freight. Delivery period is 5 days from the time of order. Shipping cost will be based on the weight of the goods which is $ 5 / kg.

Some types of products are not allowed to be shipped by air. Those products are: magnetic, battery, medicine (both liquid and tablet), gambling equipment, lighter, powder, pesticide, powerbank, oil, drug, weapon, liquid, 1 meter plus materials, branded products and illegal products.


  • What information does the customer need to provide for the order?

    • All you need to do is to tell us what products you want and the quantity of them. You can also send the photos of the products to our team, we will issue back to you the quotation of the price. The prices include all domestic and international shipping costs and will be delivered to your home in case you have an address in Phnom Penh.


  • What are the payment methods of Camazoon?

    • After ordering, you can pay by the following methods:

  • In what ways can payments be made?

    • In terms of payment, you have to pay 100% of the price of the item you order. Within 20 days after your purchase, you will receive the item (in case of delay we will inform you in advance).


  • Is there any link or app to view all the products?

    • WWW.PHZAR.COM is a retail website operated by Camazoon. You can access the retail items available on this site. Also, the prices listed on Phzar are retail prices. For bulk orders, you can contact our Customer Service via 097 3000 333 or contact Telegram: https://t.me/Chhivyu.


  • Does Camazoon guarantee on shipping?

    • Shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. In case of damaged products, you may inform the shipping agent when receiving the goods. After you have signed your order, neither the carrier nor the Camazoon Purchasing Agent will be responsible for any damage or damage.


  • Does Camazoon guarantee on products?

    • Please check the goods carefully when you receive the goods. In case of problems, please contact Camazoon Customer Service at: 023218248.


  • What should I do if my order is not good or damaged when I receive it?

    • If your order is not good or damaged, please check immediately and contact our team to confirm the defective amount or damage, we will try to resolve these issues as to whether to send more items or to exchange a new item or refund the full amount of money back to you.


  • Can I order from Amazon or eBay?

    • We cannot receive orders from Amazon or eBay. You can order bulk goods from Alibaba.

    • In the Alibaba website, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please check the Minimum Order Size (MOQ) before sending us the link.


  • Can I order from 淘宝(Taobao)?

    • You can only order retail items on Phzar. We do not accept orders through 淘宝(Taobao). We can supply all kinds of goods that you need directly from the factory.

  • What is the $500 capital to start an online business?

    • The $ 500 capital is the smallest amount you order your products from overseas factories through Camazoon for stocking in Cambodia.


  • Are there any more costs other than the $500 capital?

    • No, there aren’t. The $500 capital, including the cost of supplies from the factory plus the cost of shipping and delivery, all are already in place. You will not be charged for any other thing.


  • Do I have to set up shop and launch my own products?

    • We will ask you about the type of shop you would like to open (a beauty salon or a clothing store or a shoe store. etc.). Once you have made the decision, we will choose the products and create a store for you. Then you can choose your favorite products from your store, and spend some capital to store the products in your stock. 


  • What should I do if I want more products in my store?

    • You can choose your favorite products with our team's recommendation to add more product in your store.


  • I want products from Camazoon but I don’t want to sell on Phzar, is it possible?

    • Camazoon is a wholesale product supplier and a parent company of online shopping platform, Phzar. You are welcome to purchase from Camazoon and do not have to sell on Phzar.com.


  • I want to sell on Phzar but I don’t want to purchase products from Camazoon, is it possible?

    • Phzar.com is a separate online shopping site. If you are a business owner, you can apply to open your store for free. But you do need to have some basic knowledge in setting up shop and selling goods as well as managing orders online.

  • How much time do I need to manage this business?

    • Selling online is a secondary source of your income, but if you do it well, it will generate more revenue than your primary source, and this does not require you to spend a lot of time. It does not affect other work but requires the seller to visit the store and provide customer service when there is any question regarding the products. Once the order has been processed, you will only have to confirm the delivery, the delivery team will pick up your item and send it to your customer.


  • My house is too small and there's no storage space, what can I do?

    • We have rented storage service for your goods located on Street 271 in Phnom Penh. Your items will be shipped to the customer directly from the warehouse by simply executing the transaction through your App.


  • I have products and I want to sell it on Phzar.com, how to do it and do i have to pay for the service?

    • You can apply for a shop for free at Phzar.com for the first year. The following year, you will have to pay a fee of 5-10% of the goods you sell on Phzar.com.


  • What if I have no products but want to import and sell on Phzar.com?

    • Camazoon will supply the goods from the factory or overseas distributor for you. 


  • Can other sellers sell the same product I sell on Phzar?

    • Items that you order from Camazoon and sell on Phzar.com, you have no exclusive rights to sell any goods unless you have exclusive import rights from the manufacturer and apply for an exclusive import license. From the Ministry of Commerce.


  • The goods I sell are also available on Phzar.com, who is this seller and is there any competition?

    • Goods sold on Phzar.com are categorized by Phzar itself and those sold by you as an online seller.

    • Goods sold by Phzar.com are pre-orders and are not in stock in Cambodia; buyers have to wait for 20 days to receive the goods.

    • Whereas the goods you sell online are stock in Cambodia and the marketing methods to increase sales are the techniques of the respective sellers.


  • Who can sell on Phzar.com?

    • Any business owner can have their products sell on Phzar.

    • You who have no goods but want to start an online business can also import the goods from Camazoon directly and sell them on the Phzar website. All merchants must have a stock in Cambodia that can ship within 48 hours.


  • What are the requirements to sell on Phzar?

    • Products have to be in stock in Cambodia.

    • All sellers have to agree to the terms of service on Phzar, including Buyer Protection program where the seller has to agree to exchange money or new goods to the buyer in case the buyer wants to exchange money or new goods as long as these items do not affect the second sale and are subjected to the "3 Days Money Back Guarantee"

    • Must have a clear address in Cambodia

    • The goods on sale are not counterfeit goods or trademarks of famous brands

    • The products on sale are not secondhand products

    • It must be shipped within 48 hours

    • Have photos of at least 5 products for sale (white background)

    • Valid product pricing

    • There are also instructions and other product-related details

    • Must have a bank card in cooperation with Phzar for withdrawal


  • How do I find out there is an order on my store on Phzar?

    • You will receive a notification whenever there’s an order. If you don’t respond to this order within 6 hours, Phzar team will contact you for a reminder.


  • What should I do if a customer complains about the products ordered through App Phzar?

    • Post delivery service is essential, you must bear in mind that all items ordered from your store will be able to be exchanged if the buyer is not satisfied. You should provide the best possible service to the buyer and try to resolve any issues that may arise. If you still can't solve the problem, please call 023218248 and describe your problem and the Transaction Number.


  • When ordering, do I have to ship to Phzar or send the item directly to the customer?

    • You can choose to send goods through a shipping agency in cooperation with Phzar by simply selecting the word Phzar in the App or selecting Shop Delivery if you have your own shipping method.

  • How can I withdraw money when the transaction complete?

    • Withdrawal from Phzar Seller App can be made only if your balance is $50 or more, you can make withdrawals through the methods we offer: Wing, Acleda, Pipay, Bank Transfer and so forth. Payment transactions will be charged depending on the payment method you choose.


  • What will happen if I forget to deliver products to the customers?

    • If you do not fulfill your order within 6 hours, our customer service representative will contact you for further information or to inform you. Please be aware that all Phzar orders must be shipped within 48 hours.


  • If my item is out of stock and there is an order, what can i do?

    • You need to update your stock status through Phzar Seller App on time, especially when ordering other than Phzar App (if ordered through Phzar Seller App, your stock status will be Automatically deducted from orders).


  • What should I do if the buyer request for an exchange?

    • Most items on Phzar App must agree to Phzar's Terms of Service. In case the order does not affect the second sale, the seller is obliged to exchange the goods for the buyer except some items like socks, etc. Returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.


  • In the event of a dispute arises between us as a seller and the customer on the returned product, it affects the second sale, such as the original packaging is damaged, what should we do?

    • Before the buyer decides to return the item or exchange for money, the buyer must provide reasons that accompany the evidence, such as damaged goods in the shipment or a defective product. Carefully, we will make a rational decision as to whether or not to exchange goods or money. This process takes a long time and requires understanding


  • How many stores can one seller open on Phzar?

    • You can use different accounts to open more than two different stores.


  • If I have multiple stores on Phzar, how do I change the store management account and when ordering at different stores, how do I receive notifications?

    • You can use different account information to log in to Phzar Seller App and Phzar Seller App (Back-end).


  • If I choose the Phzar delivery option, do I have to pay or the customer will pay for the delivery?

    • When you set the price, you can calculate in advance whether you or the buyer will pay the delivery cost. 

    • If the buyer pays for the delivery cost , the seller can determine the shipping cost. Below: (Set delivery fee picture)

  • How many products can I sell in one store? Does Phzar limit the number of products I sell?

    • In one store, you can sell as many as 100 products, and you can create as many categories as you like.


  • Can I request for the number of how many sellers are selling the same products as me on Phzar?

    • We cannot give you other vendors’ data because this is confidential, you can search for the kinds of stores that might be selling what you’re selling, or search through the list of products you have sold.


  • If I am selling a product on Phzar, what keywords can I rank first when my customers search for this product?

    • Please write the product name correctly in detail in both English and Khmer (eg: Men's Sweater Slim Fit Long Sleeve).


  • Would I be more prominent than my competitors if I collaborated with Phzar?

    • We cannot guarantee how much we can help you increase your sales. In case your competitors do not sell the same products as you do on Phzar, surely you are better than your competitors. In case your competitors sell the same products as you do, special pricing and good customer service will certainly boost your sales. You can contact Phzar for more information about doing promotions together with Phzar such as free shipping discounts or vouchers or coupons.


  • How would I know about the target customers of Phzar?

    • Phzar's target customers are people living in Cambodia - young and old, Cambodian, and foreign - with daily needs, mostly young people between the ages of 15 and 45, and we will expand and serve Asean users in the future.


  • What should I do if nobody buys my products on Phzar? Is there any way to increase sales?

    • We will do our best to work with you as a salesperson to increase your sales by advertising on the Website and App and on social networks.


  • Can I know the price of the product that will be charged a 5% transaction fee?

    • Almost 98% of everyday products sell on Phzar cost no more than $200, this 5% service charge is based on goods ranging from $ 1.00 to $ 200.00.


  • If I only had products for sale on Facebook but no personal store. Can I open a store on Phzar?

    • You can only sell on Phzar unless you have your products in stock in Cambodia. If you already have a Facebook page, you can get your store link and share on your Facebook page to gain more traffic.


  • If I sell products on Facebook Page and I want to open in Phzar, do I have to close my Facebook page?

    • You don't have to do that because Facebook and Phzar are not related, you can sell on both.


  • How much is Phzar's warehouse for rent?

    • Phzar's storage service is calculated based on the square meter of your parcel space, with an average price of $ 15.00 / square foot / month.


  • What are my responsibilities when working with Phzar? Ex: If I don't have enough money to stock my products, what should I do?

    • Phzar is just an online trading platform and help order your product from the manufacturer, so any risks arising out of cash or stocks are not our responsibility.


  • Do I need to have a patent certificate for opening a shop with phzar?

    • We do not require you to have a commercial or tax list for sale on Phzar, but tax obligation is not our responsibility.


  • If I have problems or no longer want to run a store in Phzar, can I transfer the rights to others?

    • You may delegate the rights to others but update the personal information of the owner of the online shop for our team to review and approve.


  • If I want to stop selling for a while and resume some other time in the future? What should I do?

    • You can go to your store and disable (attached picture) all the products available in your store so that the customer cannot place an order in your store. You can inform your customers on Shop Notice. When you’re ready to open again, you can simply just click Enable.


  • If I want to stop selling on Phzar, what should I do?

    • You must notify our team to disable your store on Phzar.


  • If Phzar agent reminded me about my order but I forget for the second time, what should I do?

    • We will give you a second reminder as a last resort, and if you remain unresponsive you will be penalized for not being able to execute the sale for a short period of time if it is sued from users.


  • What kinds of products are not allowed to sell on Phzar?
